Yeah, I'd like for them to offer the BMP (not to mention other similar GW 1 updates in the future as well) in the online store. Gives it a whole new appeal.

Secondly: The BMP was a LIMITED time offer. Just like how the Collectors Editions of GW were limited. Just like how Pre-order sets were limited.
Thirdly: They have given plenty of WARNING ahead of time that once its over, its OVER.
Its like those free gifts or doorbuster bonuses on Black Friday sales. You get cool nifty stuff if you get there early and once its all gone, its GONE.

I'm not overly fussed about getting it or not, i missed out on it as my bank won't let me have either a debit or credit card at 17... 18 next month too but oh well, also not everyones parents let them use their cards.
If i were anet i'd /sign it personally, those who already have it do not lose anything, and those who dont have it gain it, only in the online store though (a lá the millenium edition code sold in the store for those /bonus items) since i'd be very surprised if selling in retail stores would be cost effective.
And Anet gets even more money to put towards GW2 or any current changes to GW they might have planned.

4) Lay-away is same as a credit card but it ends up costing a little more and on something this small it would be very little more and you get the product as well so don't cry that you couldn't do it...cant get a credit card? you should not have gotten yourself into credit trouble.

Those of you who cry foul can really only blame yourselves, remember this was an online store PROMOTION. If you cant use the online store due to lack of a credit card or w/e, then obviously you should have pushed this issue BEFORE they released it. The question is: i bought all my four game from p##y.com via preorder, after i see the promotion but it was too late. I didn't need free slot, i've unlocked around 80% of all skill, then why i must spend 26 euro for something that i didn't need? Plus we think that they're all simply quest,no one known that new weapons will be added

It was horrible idea from the start. Im afraid GW is becoming the game where you have to pay for exclusive content.
And personaly I dont want to pay anything then a game cd/dvd, thats why I started playing GW anyway because it doesnt have monthly fees, which is great!
It would be best if BMP was just a bigger update for everyone...
