Otherwise you can always try an other DNS Server, go in your connection properties there you should have something like DNS Server IP, set it to 194.25.2.129 (that's a DNS Server from T-Online, I use this one sometimes when the DNS Server from Orange fails)

If everything I said doesn't work then your ISP definately has a routing problem... I could code a proxy for GW but I don't know if it's worth the time as I don't know when your ISP will fix the problem.

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

I'm on 2mb Virgin BB. Was in the middle of Snowman thingie when it started. This was 12:30ish dinnertime. I had the "would you like to reconnect" box thingie.. I said Yes.. I failed.. So I tried again. After 3 failed reconnects, I just pressed no and thought sod it, I'll just log in again... Which is I got a code 7.. So I though.. Hmm... So I entered the password again, and voila! Code 58! Typical. So I restarted my PC to no use, then my PC told me I had Little or no connectivity! *Cue call to Vigin Media*.. After 39 minutes of faffing about, they told me the internet connection was fine as I could get to my email, youtube, bbc.co.uk, even download songs.. So I said Yay etc and put the phone down.. I clicked GW to run... and *poof* still Code 58. At this point, I nearly launched the PC tower at the wall, but didn't 
It then said contact support to which I doh'ed at! .. So I clicked on www.guildwars.com... Can't load the sodding page! I think it is use Virgin Users having some wierd problems.. Hope it's sorted soon! ... BMP! >_<!
