A single run should be 6-8 minutes. You can probably add 2 minutes if your really slow or don't help at the end.

The odds aren't good. It's like playing the lottery. Opening the end chest gives me the "am i feeling lucky" feeling.

I've been doing this quest pretty much non-stop for the past eight hours, and nothing but the regular wintersday drops from the end chest. Wasn't really expecting the lil guy to be this rare a drop but oh well, I got a lot of shards for presents on the way. I was taking 8-9 minutes per run, fighting everything.
I think it's cool that its a super rare mini, but if the event ends and there is still only one ingame.... well, that seems a bit extreme to me. At least 10 ingame would be nice? I could sit and hypothesise that perhaps the mini only drops if you fulfill certain conditions, but the truth of the matter is that it seems this is just a very very rare drop.
Gratz anyways Witch, you are currently the most envied person in all of GW I think
