Like the death pact change, it was a bit too powerful. Good to see power leak removing some decent energy too. Wonder how those ele changes will effect flaggers...

I didn't see anything wrong with Death Pact... the downside I thought was even enough with the fast recharge and 2 sec cast time... Oh well, will still work in PvE.

Pious Haste, not really a big deal tbh. I always thought it should be limited to Dervish only.

Just, meh, not really that great, mostly just like, why did the skill need it?

Ench Conundrum spike in low end PvP maybe... although this change won't stop it.

Blargh at DPSig >_<... loved it for its quick recharge. I'll deal with it, but 3-second cast might be overkill >_>. Glad they brought PLeak back though x].

i logged on, saw there was an update, and went to wiki to see the changes. apparently some asshole decided to put "Healing Signet - decreased casting time to 1/4 second, decreased recharge to 1 second. now heals for 500 health." in this update notes. had me worried for a second :P
