Thanks, that makes me feel good. Glad you won, and I am glad everyone enjoyed the contest, winner or not. A ton of the skills almost made the cut, but I had to choose 25. There were some other skills that required a bit of tweaking, like less Dazed duration perhaps, or more energy/higher recharge, or that really could have used a skill icon. Some of the skills didn't have the needed info, but the skill description or concept may have been amazing. But, rules are rules, and I can't circumvent them. 
Maybe I will hold this contest again in the future, and those who didn't win this time will have another go at it.
