the idea about using the cupcakes, fruitcakes, and abandonning the quest is good and all, but thats like spending 1150g each run... i just cant bring myself to do it, with the drop rate of the bear so low.

Also, don't use them if you don't want to. Fruitcakes saves about 10-14 seconds tops, and a run that doesn't use cupcake/essence takes less than 7 minutes if you actively fight in the end (whenever I /age it always show 6 minutes for me).

Well, its not an investment when you going for sweets title as well
bday cake = 2 points = 400g
normal sweets are about 1 point = 125g
so you spend 100g extra
fruitcakes are normal sweets, so 0 gold extra
a total of 100g a run

At this point I'd like to reinforce that there are a LOT of liers out there.
I say about 20 people posting WTS mini polar bear in various towns. But whenever a serious buyer tried to whisper them or trade with them... they mysteriously disappeared.
Still, I think the drop rate is more then it was last year (or at least, people are more efficient farming it now).
