easy farm. farmed in the grassy areas of the lost city. thought it took me 7 runs to get the 10 petals i needed for the gifts.

Yes there are about 12 level 1 Ibogas there, they are so easy, you can wand them to death.

Run going from Blacktide Den in to Faranur the First City
The yellow circles are all iboga petal \ storm groups. The final 3 big circles is a bunch of level 1 petals that spawn there, I found it benefitial to wand \ degen the level 1 petals at the end down as I seemed to be getting about 0\1 petal when instapopping them with spells and 2-4 petals when killing them with wand. This is just the final group btw.

did enough runs on my new necro to get to level 6...however, even alone (just me and imp) I only managed to get 2 petals---think I will sit this week out. (though I should go do that mes boss outside the challenge mission--it always seemed to drop petals when I killed it--usually ONE).

Don't bother keeping Sentient Roots, if they do come round it will take you all of 5 mins to farm a stack, they drop 5 times more than the petals

EDIT: Oops, since I had a hero with me, these Dragon's Gullet numbers are actually half of what soloing would have gotten: 4, 8, 4, 2, 2, 6, 4, 8, 5.

I farmed mine in Dragons Gullet too. The best I got was 7 in a run, so I kinda doubt that any player with average luck could get more than 10 per run. Still, not too bad droprate and it doesnt take more than like 30-40 mins to get together 15.

Must've been above average luck, then - 18 on the first run, 10 on the second and got the last 2 I needed from the Foothills.

I love dragons gullet.. I remember when the hydras there used to be level 17 and skilled similar to the ones in the desert. Quick a shock for a level 10 Warrior coming across them for the first time

I ran my extra account thru and only netted 3 (2 heroes)...but sos'd it and got 12 on the first run (I needed to carto the area and got one from the hydras by the charr in the temple)...on the 2nd run only got 7....but them is the odds....

I got 10 on a solo run, re-zoned and got the other 5 before halfway. Mapped out and loaded 3 heroes to make the run to Nick easy (I'm lazy) and got 5 more in a party of 4 in foothills!
