adding my cents on Nick's spawning :
I have 2 character on 2 separate accounts.
- 1st char on 1st account has completed WiK
- 2nd char on 2nd account has done nothing in WiK but has access to (finished Prophecy but not GW:EN)
I made a group with both accounts and launched scoundrel's rise. Joh was here, but no Nick.
I close the second account and reload the map with 1st account (same character) and Nick is here.
I try with the second account alone, same char as first time, and this time Nick is here.
Conclusion : 2 Characters that each can have access to Nick, could not have if they go together....

And to save anyone driving themselves crazy for a few minutes the way I did thinking, I know I've already farmed these things for Nick in the past! -- Vabbian Wine.

Best place to farm them is here imo.
Using my Sin in standard Moebius build, with WoH Monk & RoJ Monk,
4 in 2 runs so far.

Didn't even bother to farm. Holdings of Chokin, route as shown above. Took out my Ranger as Beast Master with 5 heroes: Livia Healer Rit, Olias because minions are fun, Melonni because AoE works good against plants, Gwen because Panic always welcome, Dunkoro healing. A RoJ Smiting Monk would have been a good idea I suppose. As it was chopped down the groups like weeds.
Drops varied on a run from 0 to 4. Did not take long to have 10. Go turn in. Now have 350 Mysterious Summons, 120 Mercantile Summons. Some day I may remember to take them along!

I have these in storage as well, hooray for not having to farm so I focus on Halloween

The drops were incredible! Not only were there tons of plant fiber, we got a ruby out of a geode and a sapphire out of a jewel dagger, also TWO black dyes dropped!
I can't even remember the last time a black dye dropped for anyone in our guild much less two.
And after weeks and weeks of sapphires going down in price it suddenly went up.

Might try Mihanu Township since some will be farming Holdings of Chokin per above maps.
Only 11 in storage, might farm this, don't have good memories of high drop rates on these for some reason.

One and a half runs in Holdings of Chokin was all it took, reasonable drop rate and over 200 plant fibre.

Not a repeat, he was there by mistake and they moved him to the correct place when he was there before.

I recently brought my Aeromancer through the Asuran Lands and saved the Krait skins. Got a lot! So this information for those without a farming build, collecting 15 Krait skins with a full party should not take long. You should get 2 or 3 per run outside Vlox's Falls and in Magus Stones starting from Rata Sum. A reduced party of 5 may work. Happy hunting!

Farming was pretty easy for this in arbor bay, just wanna point out Arbor bay is todays Zaishen vanquish. With so many kraits around you are bound to get some.

Ah yes, vanquish. Arbor Bay was a lot of fun to vanquish. Lot of Krait and other critters out there.
In the entire vanquish I got one (1), counting them was easy, 1 krait skin. When Da Kenster says collector's items drop rate is lower in hard mode, verily it is an understatement. While we are at it, the rest of the drop loot sucked as well.

Many Wind Riders in Mamnoon Lagoon
With a speed boost on you can run there in 1 minute (no fighting).
There are 2 groups of Wind Riders at the zone to Mamnoon.
Zone back and forth until you have your Ancient Eyes... doesn't take long.

The above farm works pretty well for a spirit spammer build. Space the spirits out a little to avoid trouble with cry of frustration, though I think the problem it creates is negligible.

Rare opportunity to play a ranger on my ranger. Went on a Totem axe farm and got 12 eyes, 3 axes and a fan in one run, Takes me back to when this game was good before SoS spirit spam and the whole SF mess.

A possible farming route that I found to be very effective.
There is a rinkhal monitor on the path to the corsairs, but it is easily avoidable/killable. The corsairs are level 3 and 4 and in small groups, so you should have no trouble dispatching them with any simple build. Stop once you get to the level 10 corsairs since they drop silver bullion coins instead of copper shillings. I got 7 in a single run, less than 10 minutes. Could be sped up with a speed boost or depending on the build. Good luck.

Or you can just solo Chahbek Village mission, flag Koss at the start and kill all the corasirs in there lvl 0-1, boss lvl4.
Average of 3 copper shillings a run and it takes 1 min to kill all and map back.
*Edit, Also managed to get 2 Vials of Ink and 3 Tempered Glass Vials from the dozen Stolen Supplies that were dropped.

Doing the one I mentioned yielded less shillings in follow up runs with a run time of about 6 minutes means the method you mentioned is probably faster.
