Almost a 1/2 hour and no sighting. Last time it took all of 10 minutes. Maybe he's in a sneaky spot this time. Or so obvious everyone's missing it.

If you have Chasing Zenmai, Drunken Master and Feed the Hungry you might come across some monsters to kill, but since the Afflicted take a few seconds to reach you in Feed the Hungry I'd still reckon you could make it to the Traveler, complete the trade, and map out before any of them noticed you. I can't think of a Primary Quest which would affect the path to The Traveler's location.

Ok, i just mapped out the entire area of pongmei, including the sewer place, and nothing.

Im gonna check around sunjiang district portal just to be on the safe side.
Ignore pongmei, was probably a joke
