i don't understand...friday the store has taken money from my credit card. Now the support tell that he replaced the cd-keys, free of charge. This means that i'll get back my money? Because my money missing from my credit card account.

There is one other issue here too. A friend of mine has had this issue, and he had linked all his accounts to his ncsoft account for ease of purchase in future. However, with this being the tournament weekend, and still no sign of returned accounts, he won't be getting and Z-keys on any of those accounts for his predictions, as he isn't able to make predictions

WOW, Anet and NCSoft /fail at processing credit card information, and they want us to pay by credit card... I hate to think what the failure to process the information correctly implies about their inability to keep that information safe.
Might I suggest a Re-enable keys button on the database interface, since an hour to reactivate keys on an account is ridiculous. Sure, it might take a week or two of a decent coders time, but that'd reduce time wastage immensely. Efficiency, people, efficiency.

Well, I got the "Your Guild Wars account has been terminated for payment fraud" message this morning after buying the pet unlock pack. It's only been 7 or 8 hours since I sent the e-mail to support, how long on average does it take to get this resolved?

Red01, this issue was resolved early June. You need to contact support with this issue as there haven't been any recent reports of this happening.

dont count on this to be over yet, i was recntly banned for accout fraud. so i went looking around and to check what teh codewas for why it was banned i tryed to log on and it took away all of my bonus thing, EOTN, extra character slots the collecters edition i bought 2 hours ago, and i had made an assasin right b4 i was banned and when i went over him in character select it had said i didnt own that expansion.

it might call it fraud if you buy too many packages at once... so when you buy 3-5 different items from the store at once... they might flag your credit card as fraud/stolen... think of it as an annoying security blocker... it does happen... for instance at Shell Gas, if you use your debit card at a pump then use it again later that day at a differnt Shell Station, they will block it at the pump and you must use the card in the store for security purposes because it might be stolen. I ran into that issue a couple of times, but if you look at it from the personal safety part, its understandable. Might be wise to space your purcheses out a little due to this sensitve fraud blocker.

Thankfully support unbanned my account. Apparently my account was accessed by a third party and it wasn't an isolated incident, so I'm answering some questions for the support team so they can figure out what happened. I never lost anything (not that I have anything to steal :P), hope anyone else whose accounts were accessed didn't lose anything either...

Exact same thing just happened to me. I emailed support and am considering calling them tomorrow afternoon as well. Knowing this has happened before and people have gotten their accounts restored is reassuring, to a degree, but the fact that it happened at all is very disappointing.
