Just to kill time when I'm bored. Content is getting old. I'm finding it hard to continue playing hardcore like I used to.
MelechRic
R5 Gladiator and possibly to get a backpack. The Zaishen quests have made PvE interesting again.
I was gone from the game for over a year. Now I'm back mostly to kill time.

I recently returned after a year off, so I'm refreshed and enjoying things again. Currently I'm working on titles & HoM.

Because Guild Wars is AWESOME!
Even though it hjas some issues like Shadow Form wich does not favors teamwork/teamplay/everything that guild wars stands for wich is playing with other people/roles, it still rocks.
To me we can see what the game was supposed to be at the Zaishen Quests (specially bounty/mission) wich propitiates union among players seeking a common objective. At these missions/bounties i have seen many different builds that arent necessarliy "OP" but are still good and useful at those situations, wich is what Guild Wars all about... this VARIETY!
But yea... PVE became something very different indeed, but the concept still remains, even if a little, but this little makes Guild Wars much better than many games out there, even the Xbox/Ps3 ones.

Aion isn't released for me until Friday.

PvP is still pretty fun.

The fact that there is no (other) decent MMO on the market right now. Plan on playing mortal online at release - if not it's a long wait for earthrise/GW2/D3. And as others said, I also took a year out and find it's nice to play again. When you play PvP zerging shit in WAR or LOTRO you come to appreciate how good GW actually is.
I would be playing CoD but my xbox live sub has expired

Funny thing. A few months ago I would have said HoM, but I completed my primary char (title wise) in the past few months, and surprisingly enough, instead of getting boring, GW is actually free from the pressure and much more fun now.
Mostly I've split my time between completing all the campaigns with my remaining characters, competitive missions, and stuff /w the guild.

I haven't played in a few weeks, actually. I'm busy with other things.
But, I keep playing because I love the GW's world, all of it, the music, the lore, its stories, the quests, the missions (most of them, except the tormented missions in NF.. I really dislike those). I've only been playing for less than two years, so there's still some things I haven't done. I want to finish getting my moa bird, max the cartographer title on the first character I ever made. It'd be nice to get a Silverwing bow, although that'll never happen it's nice to think about it. I still have a lot of places to vanquish. I haven't learned to be as good at PvP as I'd like. I've never been to Heros Ascent. Still haven't got the end chest after all the quests in FoW although I've been close.
So much still to do.
That all being said, I preordered Aion and it's sitting at the game shop for me, but I haven't picked it up yet. I kinda wish I didn't get it and I don't see how it could be better than GW.

the reason I'm still playing is I just enjoy the game, I played all games throughout on every single one of my characters. GW being my first MMORPG is probably the biggest reason, it also will be my last. I decided MMORPG's can get really addictive and it comsumed alot of my free time so no more for me after/if GW dies.

I'm Still Playing to Lead my guild and to work on titles 3+ years with no Break

This is my 2nd (2 days in WoW = torture) ORPG and I still love it. I am saddened at the lack of participation for some, though.
The content may possibly be getting old for some of you, but I am only in for a little over 2 years and there are still lots of things for me to do and lots of goals to accomplish in the game.
I will still be here after GW2 appears...and probably until Arena Net shuts down the servers (and don't fool yourself regardless of what they say, the servers will be shut down). What I will do when that happens, I'm not sure...but I'm riding this Big-Wheel until the wheels fall off.

Scythe O F Glory
IG friends and my guild... and to continue my search for a good dervish build.
Decapitator Oyakata
Im playing for my titles and to fill my hall. I also play because of my guildmates, and the fact that there is still some areas I havent beaten (DoA, factions elite)
Malice Black
Passes a few hours.
Phaern Majes
I've moved on to WoW, AoC, and DDO. Probably be picking up Stargate Worlds when its released later this year. Still hop on occasionally to see whats up.

Just got a second computer so my wife and me can (finally) play together.
Won't be playing much longer though. Two players who know eachother plus 6 working heroes makes everything too easy. Normal and Hard mode.

Never been tired of GW, do things when I want it the way i want it, never depending of the Build Supermarket, the Flavor of the Month, being ran or letting others think or do the job for me.

Altho my IG friends, a couple who are now what I would consider very good RL friends too, keep me playing more than anything else.
Plus the fact that I have time on my hands and still think it's a class game.

1. Love for the game
2. Finished Batman:AA

I have only achieved 4 titles on my account, so I can only discover. Working a fair bit on HM atm, but still plenty to achieve. The ZQuests have helped me immensely, mostly to find parties for HM missions and dungeons, other than financial help ^^

Boredom, and a desire to someday get max Kurzick title track, because it's something I've always wanted to do. I want to wander to the Luxon AB outpost, and display a max Kurzick title track, and then say, "Sup, suxons?"

Have been limping these past 6 months (been playing for 3yrs) on the hope of HoM rewards in GW2. I mostly log on now to chat with some people or help a little. But this game has gotten sloppy in the past year (too much perma'ing and too much farming; PVP doesnt count because most pvp participants are asshats who take it way too seriously).
majikmajikmajik
for that dwindling hope for better content...but even that doesnt make me want to get on once a day for zquest, i average once a week for maybe an hour, i think my snes gets more play then this game lol.
