Hard to say....but will be something like:
1 MM/ Nuker (corpse/no corpse area)
1 SoS
1 Panic Mez
1 Resto Rit
1 Prot Monk

6th and 7th sloth according with the area. Maybe I'll roll a Para, or a Defy Pain Tank...anyway it will be fun as hell discovering what works best for me on each char (8 chars) on each area.

Hmm time to perfect my lazy-ass C-Space-into-mobs team for easier semi-afk vanq.
I'll swap my 3 Discord heroes for Sabway again, passive curses etc = lazy.
Then two mesmers, one Panic and one PI/illusion (because 4 sec AoE KD is just too sexy).
Lastly I'll take some backline, an RoJ smiter and some random healer with /Me for general annoyance.

For my warrior,Sin, Paragon, Mesmer,and Ranger The 7 hero build i will be using is 1.)SoS rit 2.)SoGM Rit(if they end up adding another rit hero ill also use a soul twisting rit, If not,) I'll just use a 3.)E/mo prot hero, 4.)MM hero, 5.)UA healer, 6.)Psychic Instability mesmer, and for the last hero prob use a 7.)Searing Flames elementalist

For my elementalist and monk Ill use 1-2.) SF eles, 3.)SoS Rit, 4.)soultwisting rit,5.)Psychic instability mesmer 6.) UA monk. 7.)earth Shaker warrior.

I wanna try out a hero iway team with 3 w/r 100b iway's; 2 barrager's w/ pets; a necro w/ mop/barbs/ss/splinter/etc; and 2 healers.

I currently use a healing Monk, Nuker, and MM/Interrupter.

I'll probably add a protection Monk, another Nuker, Mesmer (VoR or Tease), and a Warrior.

On my Ranger though, I'd most likely have everyone run x/R and run around with 8 pets all the time.

I don't think I've ever run Discord on my 3 Heroes but I wonder how a team with 7 Discord Heroes on it (N/Rt, N/Rt, N/Mo, Rt/N, Rt/N, Mo/N, Mo/N) would work.

For my ele, ive decided to make a 4 way Searing Flames bomb, then a prot monk, hb monk, panic mesmer and a MM, if the area doesnt offer many minions, then just a ss necro.

For my main necro, well i havent thought out a good build yet, still working on ideas.

Me + 7 heroes? A few pets and spread across the party, every type of summon possible.

Roen used summons. It's not very effective.

I'll keep suggesting a Hero pack or something like that until they gave it to us, and try parties of all members of the same profession and only primary profession skills, until I the game breaks.

I don't know, but I'm about to pee myself with excitement over the possibilities.

I think I'll try out The Swarm: minions, spirits, summons, pets, everything. I'll also try a physical support group that lets my Sin crank out ridiculous damages. And probably some form of PvE Hexway too with SS/Barbs/MoP, stacking Mesmer hexes, etc.

I have been waiting for this for sooooo long! Have definitely fallen in love with Discordway for most situations, would be hard to give that up. But now there will be room for some other favorites: Signet Gwen, SF Zhed, SoS Xandra and RoJ Ogden.

However, there will also be a LOT of experimentation - I have tried all ranger pet groups before and had a lot of fun - with 8 of them it should be a blast. And the infinite pets scenario - ranger pets, undead, spirits, asura and ebon summons, all going on at once should be hysterical. Lot of other things to test too. Since I have 10 characters, lot of room for playing around and looking for new synergies without spending all my time rebuilding heros.

Something along the lines of:

1 healer (ill probably set up a rit and a monk with healing builds and alternate them)
1 Protter (likewise, ill set up an ER and a prot monk and alternate them)
1 MM (the same one I use currently - just a general AoTL MM)
1 Minion/curses support Necro

Then myself and 3 other heroes with builds of my choice. What I'll probably end up doing is bringing several heroes of one profession at a time (ex: bring all my warriors at a time, bring all my rangers at a time, bring all my eles at a time) and then set up support skills on my second necro that synergize well. Whenever i bring professions like assassins or paragons that only have two heroes apiece, ill probably slot another support hero in the final slot.

I guess it really will depend on the environment.

I'd love to take a bunch of interrupt rangers and mesmers out once just to watch them blow up the enemy AI. I guess cookie cutter will be 3 Necros with damage dealers like Eles.

I think ive come up with a combo for my necro.

Since ive been using Tahlk, livia, vekk and gwen as my main 4 heroes i want to expand on that.

So im still doing SS, the team would be like this

Tahlk HB healer + interrupts
Livia Jagged MM + blood ritual
Vekk Unsteady ground + wards
Gwen Panic + bunch more interrupts
Dunkoro Prot + hex con remover
Xandra Sos + defensive spirits
Olias Life transfer + more vamp skills
Optional is Zenmai with spear + Dark Apostasy for loads of disenchantment where needed.

ZERG RUSH!!! Does pain inverter trigger on pets? If so (even without minions) that could mean 80*16 = 1280 damage to any eles that decide to nuke the party. I like this idea!

It'd be great to just play areas which don't have much activity anymore, elite areas - because heroes are usually welcome there, unless they still restrict the amount of heroes to be taken. It would bring back so much more life to the game again for me.

I've always wanted to two Nec and two Rit heroes each devoted fully to one area

then I'd take along a RoJ Healer and I really have no idea what to do for my next two heroes. Maybe a full Resto Rit if they give us another Rit hero soon, and an Elementalist for some AoE.

Your options are limited. Soul Reaping isn't infinite energy. Whilst you get very good returns over an extended period of time, you cannot fronload spells as well as an Elementalist.
The common build that exploits SR for a hero is the N/Rt healer (and N/Mo to an extent), but these builds are very limited and are not options I would really be tempted to go with, even with 4 Necro heroes.
