Cleav, buddy, I'm not sure you're in a great position to claim anyone's been "way too uppity."
Personally, it doesn't matter to me if the triple-modded stuff stays or goes. I never thought it would stay, but it wouldn't break my game if it did. I can understand the argument against overpowered items getting into PvP. As I don't play serious PvP, I don't care. Seeing anyone get in trouble over something like "exploiting a glitch" for farming the area or using the drops would piss me off.
I am in the camp of those excited about the inherent versions of stuff like spears, scythes, and various other inscription-only skins. I'm also keen on the idea of Para shields with 10vUndead and other inherent-system-only mods. I'm hoping ...

- We'll see more things like this with limited chances to get stuff never before seen. For example, an inherent gold 15^50 scythe isn't any threat to the functionality of inscribable scythes. All it does is give those of us who like to collect odd things something new to play with and hunt for! I don't see the harm there.

I wholeheartedly agree with! It was awesome to see that, even if it lasted for only a few days. It's a shame that it happened over a mistake on ANet's part. Here's hoping, in the future, they learn to avoid the triple-mod mistake but consider adding more content that gives us gear freaks something so enticing.
