The Ethereal Guard Alliance has a new opening for a Luxon guild. All of our guilds to at least some of both PvE and PvP, though we have a balanced mixture of guilds that specialize in one or the other.
The flagship guild, The Ethereal Guard was created on pre-release day and has grown to as many as 95 members. Currently we are hovering around 80 and happy there. We are primarily PvE, though we are working to rebuild our GvG team. Relaxed, fun, and mature are all good terms to describe us. Most of us have children and jobs and a real life that takes precedence over our gaming.

Hey everyone, we are currently looking for members for our Kurzick Alliance. Our alliance is currently composed of several guilds with highly talented, mature, and active players. We are creating an alliance that can enjoy all aspects of the game and provide a strong enviornment for our members. Interested guilds should be active and not on the verge of collapse. We are exclusively oriented towards GvG and are up for anything PvP. The guilds should have an appropriate number of members depending on what type of guild they are and we'd prefer they have a website or at least a forum of some sort. Currently, the alliance leans more towards being GvG-centric, being that the majority of the guilds are heavy into GvG.

Redemption of the Phoenix[xRPx] is a 1 year old, friendly, mature, relaxed, rollplaying guild where the adult gamer can make friends and be a part of a great community. We are well established and long lasting. We just completed an entire revamp of the guild with a new name, new capes, new hall, new website, and new leadership, but still with the same friendly members.
Redemption of the Phoenix (Red Phoenix for short) is a new guild made up of old souls. The majority of it's current members were all together in their previous guild, Fantasy Kingdom, until the leader decided to persue other interests. Fantasy Kingdom was founded in June of 2005 and most of our members have been together ever since. So rather than have our remaining loyal members and friends seperate to new guilds, we joined together and founded Redemption of the Phoenix on March 7th 2006.
With a new outlook, new attitude, and new leadership we have been growing and reorganizing at a steady pace and very much enjoying the release of Guild Wars Factions.
Redemption of the Phoenix is primarily a PvE guild as the majority of our members prefer the rollplaying aspect of the game moreso than the competition of GvG. Allthough we do have quite a few members who enjoy participating in Random Arena and Team Arena PvP. We strive very hard to help players progress their characters through the game by scheduling regular "events" each week for guild members to get together and help each other complete those difficult missions. Also including events such as Underworld, Fissure of Woe, elite skill capping, farming, & pet capturing events. We are also have scheduled nights set aside each week to help guildies complete tough missions and one night a week is designated for Alliance battles.
The general age of our members is 18+ although we do have a few younger members, we prefer to keep it primarily adult, and this seems to work well for the alliance and the guild. It enables members to have more in common with their peers and there seems to be less upset in the guild with fewer young members.
We promote activeness and social behavior with events, contests, and games and do our best to ensure that everyone is included. We try to implement conversations in ally chat which everyone can be a part of and feel that they are at home with friends. One such contest we just completed on our forums was a strategy guide contest with great prizes like a copy of Guild Wars Factions, a Prima Strategy Guide, a Guild Wars Factions T- Shirt, and other prizes! All of our contests are open to everyone in the alliance as is our website.
We prefer not to participate in open recruiting as this has been found to lead to bringing in "problem children". And all new recruits are asked to either apply on our forums or are interviewed thoroughly before an official invite is sent.
Although we have a few 'hardcore" dedicated players who are on at various hours of the day, our most active time is in the evenings and we prefer to recruit players who are able to play at those times and can play several times a week. Members who are inactive for more than 2 weeks without leaving an away notice (reason why) are removed from the guild to keep room for active members. Although this rarely happens.

We are a Luxon Guild and also the leader of our Guild Alliance which now includes 2 other guilds, One Dasterly Dangerous Guild [ODD] & Lords of Realms [LoR].
[ODD] One Dasterly Dangerous Guild. Small but very active. [ODD] likes to consider themselves a PvP guild, however, their style of playing is a bit more relaxed than you would find in a typical "pvp" guild in the fact that they do it mostly for the fun of it, which actually encourages members to participate more without the stress and pressure of "needing" to win. While they schedule weekly GvG & HoH sessions, there is no requirement for Rank that you will find in the larger, more hardcore pvp guilds. Only a wilingness to learn and have fun is needed to team up with the great guys at [ODD]. If anyone is looking for a place to break themselves into the world of PvP & GvG, [ODD] is the guild for you.
And while they enjoy the excitement and fun of pvp, they also take the time to enjoy the other aspects of the game rather than a constant push for a top space on the ladder. Instead, they understand that all work and no play can make for a rather rigid and stressful environment, so they enjoy regular pve events each week with [xRPx] and our other allies, [LoR], which always makes for a good time and helps the guildies to advance further through the game.
To sum it up for you, [ODD] has proven to be a welcomed addition to our community. They really are a great bunch and we are very lucky that our paths have crossed.
The Lords of Realms [LoR] Another small but very active community. [LoR] is more of an "anything goes" type community, in respect that they enjoy dabbling in all aspects of the game. Whether it's arenas, HoH, GvG, alliance battles, missions & quests, or farming you enjoy, this great group of guildies enjoys it all! Often running late night sessions on Teamspeak and doing whatever feels right, while enjoying each others company.
The members of [LoR] are a tight knit group dedicated to the fun of the game and good friends. With enjoying the game as their main priority, you'll find no stress here. They heartily welcome any adventurer looking for a place to fit in. Check your stress at the login screen and settle in for a good time with your guildies.
[LoR] has also proven to be a great asset to our alliance community and we a thankful to have them. We now know we are never short of friends.
So, as you can see, we are an alliance of very like minds. We greatly a frequently enjoy each others company and each guild has their own positive influence to bring to the alliance.
We just recently implemented a new Alliance Wide Weekly Event Schedule with a different event scheduled for each night of the week to not only make it more productive to get things done, but also to make it easier for us to share each others company and to be more like one large community rather than 3 seperate guilds. Alliance chat has now become our most used chat window, not to mention the daily get togethers on our Alliance Wide Vent server.
We currently hold the Imperial Isle as our Guild Hall, which is fully stocked with all available NPCs. We have a beautiful cape and an awesome website fully stocked with an arcade, guild calendar, RSS feeds straight from the Guild Wars website, and other great addons. We also utilize Vent & Teamspeak Servers.

Are there any Kurzick alliances that accept small guilds? I am intrested in doing alliance battles but my guild is extremely small and I like it that way.
We are more of a group of allys joined together then a guild.

Faction Farming alliances need not apply. We're not into that though we currently have over 100k faction without even trying to farm. The Monstrous Fangs are a Euro-server Kurzick guild, leading the Fangs Alliance.
We're currently looking for guilds with a minimum Kurzick Faction of 100K with the potential ability and drive to increase it to 350-400K.
The aim is to hold an outpost. Our current Alliance Faction is only 1.3 million, so that's why I'm posting here.
Our alliance is relatively new and we have struggled to recruit like-minded guilds with ambition, direction and enthusiasm. We insist that all our allies are pleasant, friendly guilds.
Guilds joining us can expect to be included in GvG, regular guild/alliance events etc etc
