We Are The Samuria Pizza Cats - MEOW, are seeking a Euro/UK Luxon Alliance who enjoy all aspects of guild war PvP, GvG, PvE.

MEOW have been together for the last 2 years and originally formed playing Rome Total War (RTW) under the name Malkavian Lords Of Midnight [LofM] which lead to a expansion of the clan into various other games including Guildwars, which eventaully beacame the dominate game and our RTW section was closed.

During MEOW's 1st year we merged with another guild and concentrated on expanding our PVP potential, which lead to us gaining a rank within the top 300 guilds.

For us its the same whether we are leader or "just" one of the guilds. Since we are mainly GvG based we would like to find an Alliance with guilds that focus on GvG. If some focuss on different things thats fine for us but most must be GvG.

I'm looking for a small alliance to join or perhaps guilds that would like to form an alliance.

About us:

We are small to medium sized guild with about 7-9 highly active members. We are friendly, chatty, play to enjoy the game, enjoy good natured teasing of one another, love helping each other out, and doing group FoW/UW trips. We are primarly a PvE guild (our main focus), but we do have a few people interested in some casual/light PvP. Our guild is made up of mature players. Most of us have full-time jobs, families, and we have a number of couples in our guild that enjoy playing together, plus a few students. Almost all our players have both Prophecies and Factions campaigns as well as Nightfall on pre-order.

Why do we want to align:

For the experience. Until now, we've been unaligned. We'd like to explore and enjoy more of what Factions has to offer as a game. We have been a heavy PvE guild. We play together as often as we can filling in with pugs where needed. It would be nice to have a larger pool of like-minded and friendly people to play with. It also would be nice to allow those guildmates who are interested in some light and casual PvP and/or alliance battles to have that opportunity to do with a friendly group of people who, win or lose, just want to have FUN.


What we are looking for:

• A Kurzick alliance. Most of our members have played thru that side and a few thru both sides, but we feel we have more to offer on that side.
• NO faction farming requirements. The only faction farming we want to do is help each other out to get materials for armor.
• Heavy PvE.
• Casual/Light PvP and Alliance Battles. Perhaps someone who is willing to guide our PvP beginners into that world.
• Mature like-minded people who play to have fun.
• No Teamspeak or Vent requirements. While some of our guildies do use it, we have a few deaf/hard-of-hearing guildmates and I won't have them left out because they can't use TS or Vent.

Introduction to Alliance Nirvana (Kurzick, Euro servers)

Alliance Nirvana shares the same aim as Guild Nirvana: to be a place where having fun in game is the paramount concern.

We want to pursue all aspects of the game. Be it GvG/PvP/HoH/AB or PvE that you are interested in, our aim is to provide a community where like minded individuals can fully enjoy the aspects of Guild Wars that interest them most.

An active alliance helps us to achieve this by sharing the organisation of in-game activities across several guilds and by bringing a larger group of friends together where teams of players are needed.

Alliance Nirvana uses a shared forum to organise regular in-game activities and to allow members to plan their game-time so that they don’t miss out on the activities that they’d enjoy most. For the alliance to work, all allies need to be willing to actively participate in the alliance forums.

The alliance maintains a mature, friendly atmosphere and has some ground rules which all allies need to be in agreement with. It is run on a democratic basis with decisions taken by the alliance council which has members from all allied guilds in proportion to their member numbers.

Hello, my guild is currently looking for an alliance of balanced pve, and pvpers to play with, atm it doesnt matter what faction the alliance is, we have lowered our luxon faction enough so that we can switch sides if needed. We dont want a faction farming alliance however. We are currently recovering from a split up of members and are getting back on our feet, so, it would be nice to have other guilds to play with.

We are a luxon-aligned alliance with 9 active guilds working hand-in-hand. FS had been established in the early part of 2006 with the understanding that there should be no singular leader/decision-maker - in order that the opinion of every guild in the alliance might be taken into consideration, and their vote vital to the deciding process.

Meetings and discussions between the leaders occur often to ensure the smooth running of the alliance, as well as the overall health of all the guilds in the alliance. We don't believe in member poaching, but rather helping to build each other up on strength, skills and numbers. Working together as friends, instead of competitors.

FS has numerous activities that are ongoing and frequent. To name a few - forum-based competitions, scrimmage battles from 4v4 down to 1v1, mini games such as hide-and-seek, character beauty contests, outpost relay races, huge alliance acceptance ceremonies with dance parties at LA, role-playing meet-ups and we've even done our own string of videos, music and drama.

Due to our focus on friendship and understanding of the dignified running of each guild, we have chosen not to enforce faction farming. But we do maintain certain strictness for language used over alliance chat, in order that all members, including the young ones, will have the freedom to turn on AC at any time of the day.

There is a balanced mix of PvE and PvP between the guilds. And nationalities span worldwide from North America and Canada through England, Norway, Greece, down to Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. But the english language is encouraged over AC in order that everyone might be able to participate.

We're all about having fun, and really dont take this game to heart, although that doesnt mean we dont have good players. I dont PvP much, and am unfortunatly AFK much of the time (have things in RL that need doing when they come up). We are a small guild looking for a PvP-oriented alliance. We do a fair share of PvE as well, and we don't mind PvE guilds, but prefer PvP. Our primary focus is GvG, although activity is relatively low during the week. We try to HA fairly regularly if we are unable to GvG, or if the ladder is locked. We are looking for an alliance with guilds of ratings between 1000-1350 or so, but are open to any offers at all.

Power of the Phoenix [PoP] alliance

We are a tight-knit, average sized kurzick alliance (~120 members in the entire alliance) looking to merge with another alliance around our size or bigger. We currently have 7 guilds at the moment with mainly Europe and Australia players that are willing to merge into 2 or 3 guilds in order to fit into the new alliance.

We seek a mature, organised and friendly alliance that is able to keep the alliance chat active as well as hold regular alliance activties such as scrimmages, farming & pvp outings. We are mainly PvE based but also enjoy PvP (mostly TA/HA.. but are trying to get into GvG) and would like to join an alliance with similar interests.

Paladins of Pellenor [PoP] (Odd to have another [PoP] right under the other o_O)

Pretty large alliance, but no less friendly. We get along quite well, and our alliance chat is always vibrant whenever possible

After kicking a HORRIBLE guild (horrible as in disgusting, I don't even want to get into the details) I'm looking to add another guild to our alliance that is somewhat like my own. Luxon, friendly, and honorable.

I want a guild with respect, rules, and reknown (a guild that is friendly to others, keeps the profanities off the orange chat, and likes to talk).

Size or skill matters little to me, for both of those can be improved gradually. It's the heart of the matter that counts in my opinion; but I do want a guild that is at least 10 people.

I host large weekend events for our alliance whenever possible and all members of the alliance are always allowed to come. Impromptu events of a smaller scale such as parties or gettogethers are not uncommon either.
For PVE play we generally do whatever each other wants done, usually playing quietly by ourselves while chatting on Guild/Alliance, but always grouping whenever possible
For PvP play we have a couple GvGers...but to be honest...they're noobs...lol. But I mean that in the nicest possible way ^ . ^ Also, we have a couple of TA addicts, and scrimmages and Alliance Battles are our most popular.

Multiplay UK [MPUK]

We are a reasonably small (~40 members, a third of whom are reasonably casual) European Kurzick guild, and we have been around since the initial launch of Prophecies (to the day), as a result we have a broad spectrum of players from newer players who started on Factions or Nightfall, to veterans from Prophecies, it would be nice to see a similar spread in any Alliance. Our focus is primarily PvE, though there is an interest in PvP, particularily ABs and GvG.

We would like to join a preferably European Kurzick alliance (Luxon will be considered - however we have been Kurzick since release and would need a good reason to change ), and would like an Alliance with both PvE and PvP interests, though, but not FFs. Though we are European we would not be adverse to joining an Alliance with both Euro and Eastern NA guilds since some of our members are on at odd hours.

A requirement however is that the alliance chat and guilds are mature - MPUK is primarily composed of those aged between 18-28, and afaik have no members below this age remaining. We are relatively laid back in the way we play the game, and in our communications, we would also like this in an Alliance - we have few rules beyond common sense, and we have found little need for them in the past.

Hello there, I am Ann Dromeda, joint leader of Majestic Dragons [MaD]

We are leaders of a new, currently 4 guild strong, Kurzick alliance. Having recently split from a larger Luxon alliance 3 of the guilds have created a brand spanking new Kurzick alliance.

There are approximately 160 people in our alliance, and we are looking for Kurzick guilds to join our family. We are very freindly, easy to get along with and enjoy each others company. Our members enjoy all aspects of the game, including, PvE, PvP, GvG, HA, AB and we have some with a great deal of experience in all areas of the game.

We would expect any new guild to be mature, talkative, freindly, active, and most of all want to join in with alliance activities. We have an alliance forum http://mad.zek.se where some members are busy sharing their builds, organising events, etc. Any new guild will be given access to this forum and will even have their very own sub-forum created. We also have our own ts server which comes in handy when doing GvG, RA or just helping to get to know each other better
