Mail tried to find the perfect time to escape, plus he was wondering which way he should go. "I think i will go to Watchtower coast" he thought. He asked 2 of his friends he had met in Beetleton named Jeff and Mike. "Hey do you two wanna go to watchtower coast and go exploring"? "I'm in" said Mike. "Lets go" said Jeff. The three of them snuck out to watchtower coast and began waling down the road. "I wonder where this goes"? Mali said. "I think it goes to Divinity Coast". said Mike "Co--." An arrow flew past Mali's head and barely missed Jeff. Mali was frozen on the spot as he saw undead heading straight for him and his friends. Jeff and Mike ran back to town leaving Mali for dead.
Mali couldn't believe what he was seeing. He was staring in awe at the undead as they were getting closer to him. Arrows kept flying past his head as he stared. The undead came up over the hill, but it was a small patrol of 2 archers. Mali heard a shriek as another arrow came by. It was his mom screaming for him to get out of the way, and that same arrow hit his mom in the arm!!! "No!!!!!!!!!!!" Mali screamed he was so mad that he threw fire out of his hands at the undead. "What's happening to me"? he thought. "Thats flare an elementalist spell Mali."his mom told him. Mali kept using flare until the undead were dead, then he walked with his mom back to town. "Mom are you okay?" "Yes honey I am fine." Mali watched as one of his mom's friends healed her arm. "Why did fire come out of my hands mom?" "I guess you were ment to be an elementalist Mali." "Is there anymore spells i can learn?" "Yes Mali i know alot of them." "Could you teach me those spells?" "In the morning Mali, we need to get some sleep." As Mali was trying to go to sleep he was thinking about all the spells he could learn. He couldn't wait till morning.

As Skry drew within 100 feet of the town entrance he stepped out of the shadows and continued walking past the child and his mother, his bow and longsword hidden under his cloak. Skry made his way toward the local weaponsmith to restock his supply of arrows and to have his longsword sharpened.
"A dark day in the history of this town, this is." said the gruff voice of the smith.
"Aye, 'tis so." replied Skry who preceded to fill his quiver and pay for the arrows.
"An hour it will take me to sharpen yer blade, Ranger"
"Good. I'll be back for it." And with that, Skry strode out of the shop.
As he made his way through the bazaar, Skry accidentally bumped into a young female elementalist (Alecia) who seemed to be a bit distracted. After apologizing, he continued to make his way to the top of the hill to the guard tower where he could watch the people still there, and to contemplate his battle plans.
