You need 250 Naga Fangs for the celebration! The Master of Celebration in the Monastery (Cantha-pre-sear) tells you.

How To Get the Tengu Mask

Okay, I see everyone asking this. So I'll post what I've done to get one.

1. You must obtain a second profession, this you can do by following the Primary Quests. (Started by Master Togo)

2. You must then go to Master of Celebration (Center of the Monastery) in which he will give you a string of 3 quests, all together giving 200 Naga Fangs. The last 50 you get simply from fighting so many Naga.

You can get fangs from any Naga, Also from the 3 quests the Master of Celebration gives in Shing Jea monastary.

Quest 1 = 30 Fangs
Quest 2 = 70 Fangs
Quest 3 = 100 Fangs

During these quests you'll find some fangs from the naga, I ended up with 227 and then went and killed random naga for the rest.

3. To get a tengu mask you must have 250 naga fangs when the emperor appears in Shing Jea Monastery, every 3 hours.

Hi,

I was wondering if somone knows how to get a Tengu mask on a already excisting rpg char from the first GW.

Update:

Dos no one knows it ? i c 48 vieuws already and no replay ...
I made a new char to c where it is and its on a island :/ but how do GW1 players come there lol ?

no moses not impossible.....just very time consuming...i am glad i went to bed early last night....i went to bed at about 10p.m. my time. just so i could wake up early and get on and play all day long....so i will have a mask for all 4 chars...warrior, ele, assassin, and a rit......i hope....lol...

how the hell do you get your tyrain character to the monastary? I'm in the marketplace but cant find how to get there

Well it looks like you have to make a new character for it sinds there is no way to get back on the island :/ (monstary)

I'm not sure how you get there (I'm working), but according to Gaile...ascended characters from Tyria will have access to the monastery.

here is the passage:

Travel to and from Cantha

In order to travel to Cantha for the first time, a Prophecies character must take the "Mhenlo's Request" quest from Firstwatch Sergio in Lion's Arch. Following the quest steps will unlock ship travel to Cantha for that character. Your account must have an active Guild Wars Factions key or Guild Wars Factions Preorder key in order to travel to Cantha.

Similarly, in order to travel to Tyria for the first time, a Factions character must take the "Chaos in Kryta" quest from Guardsman Chienpo in Kaineng Center. Following the quest steps will unlock ship travel to Tyria for that character. Your account must have an active Guild Wars Prophecies key in order to travel to Tyria.

As always, PvP-Only Characters cannot leave the Battle Isles.

The instructions on how to get to the docks are quite poor IMHO. They make it seem as if the market place is in or very close to your starting location and it isn't. It took me an hour to find (go ahead and laugh if you must..i did end up opening several map points though and doing a bunch of quests)...I have finally found it though..and have reached the monastery.
