I really didn't want to post this build because it has been a nice source of income for me. I have gotten 3 staffs and I sold them all for 70k ea. It takes a kind of lot of runs but its a good pay off.
First the location:

Leave out of the North exit of Senji's Corner
Turn to the right and head towards the bridge, then cross the bridge. On the other side of the bridge you will find alot of foes including Orosen the Ritualist. (Hey drops a greeny as well but you will need an interrupt to take him) Head north through the foes and cross a second bridge. At the end of the bridge you can rest if you have sprinted out of agro. Let your sprint recharge and continue north up the ramp to right then turn north again and go down a ramp. You will pass the tengu's little market area. Continue north up a ramp and down where you will run into the first group. The picture is from the top of the ramp.

Wipe out the group. Kill the ritualist first and then everyone else. Tiger Stance helps kill the foes quickly.
Cross the short bridge after the first group and agro the two nights straight ahead. Be careful not to agro the group to the upper left. You can kill them if you do but it isn't necessary and it takes time. Pull the two back to the end of the small bridge so that you won't agro the group while fighting.
2knights.jpg
After killing the two knights go right down the long bridge and you will see Ghial the Bone Dancer with his group of foes.
ghial.jpg
You can take out your bow and shoot one of the knights and both will come. Pull them down the bridge a little ways so that the others don't come to help the knights. After killing the knights look to see what is next. Mages have no effect on you at all. Mesmers are annoying because they can occasionally interrupt you but for the most part do nothing. The Ritualist help heal so they can be a real pain. 1-3 will spawn with Ghial. If one spawns you can still kill Ghial. If 2 or more spawn then you will have to try to pull at least one (or two if three spawn) so that you can kill Ghial. Ghial with 2 Ritualist heals too quickly so it is better off to eliminate any extra Ritualist.
Once you get to one or less Ritualist you are ready to kill Ghial. If by chance there are three Mesmers go ahead and pull as many as you can and eliminate them so that you don't have to deal with a lot of interrupts. You must be careful when you pull foes away from Ghial. If Ghial comes after you sprint to him to keep him away from dead bodies. It is smart to let all dead bodies disappear before trying to pull a foe that is close to Ghial.
My new favorite phrase for farming is "Know your enemy." What I mean is take a little time to study them so that you can counter the skills they will use against you. For instance, Ghial will use the following skills:
Animate Flesh Golem (Elite) ---Raises level 3-23 Flesh Golem
Barbs ---Take 10 more damage when hit by physical damage
Faintheartedness ---Target foe attacks 50% slower and -3 health degen
Taste of Death ---Steals up to 400 health from flesh golem
Taste of Pain ---If foe is below 60% health, gain 126+ health.
The most important thing to remember while engaging in Ghial (and the reason why you must be careful when you pull him or Foes near him) is to keep Ghial away from a dead body. As he agros a dead body he will use Animate Flesh Golem. The Flesh Golem doesn't hurt you that bad physically. The problem with the flesh golem is that Ghial will steal up to 400 health from the Golem when he gets low in health. And since he can raise another flesh golem from the dead flesh golem, it becomes unlimited health for him.
Also keep your health up by using healing hands early. This will eliminate Taste of Pain and by using it early keeps you out of trouble if the mesmers happen to interrupt you while casting HH.
This leaves only Faintheartedness and Barb to contend with.
Barb does not deal any major damage to you and Tiger Stance and Mending will help offset faintheartedness.
With your smarts and your skills, Ghial becomes a pretty easy kill.
Once you get the foes down to one Ritualist then go straight to Ghial. Mesmers may interrupt and one Ritualist will help heal him, but it won't be enough to keep you from killing Ghial. Only attack Ghial, killing someone in his group will give him the Flesh Golem that he will use for healing.
Concerns:
Sometimes when you try to pull Ritualist foes you will pull Ghial as well. If this happens immediately sprint to him to keep him from any bodies you have left on the bridge. Remember that letting the bodies disappear will also keep him from raising the Flesh Golem.
If you pull Multiple Ritualist, you will need to pull one of them away. You can keep pulling them all the way down the bridge and back across the small bridge. They will gradually separate with this tactic. Sometimes Ghial will come as well. The same tactic works for him and multiple Ritualist as well.
Well enjoy! I created a video and will attach it by request. There really isn't any reason to if you follow the above information.

*edit*
Here is the video for those of you that would like to see the W/Mo build in action. Its after the first group and 2 kinghts are killed. Also there is only one Ritualist in Ghials group in the video. It takes twice as long to kill him because of the one Ritualist healing. 2 or more is impossible.
