The boss is one of those flesh Golems. Since it is a stance it won't show up, so you have to guess when he uses it or just spam signet of capture.

ok, so is the boss that carries Shield of Judgement right at the zone line of mineral springs/tasca's demise? because I zoned in and out maybe 10 times and didn't see any boss at all

Yep, thanks Pantaloon, got it. Femto, its not right at the line, but really close. When I went to get it, I just sacrificed myself after that first group, so I could be resurected farther along. Then just followed the path and turned left when I had the option. It wasn't too far away. Myd was right by a bridge down a small hill. Just run along holding down Ctrl so you can see the names of the enemies.

added: he finally shows up. BUT he has no skills....hmmmm.am i suppose to keep trying to respawn this boss and maybe.just maybe he will have at least a skill on him? anyone else tried this.

it seems like the boss is too weak, if it was possible for him to learn the battle rage skill eventually.
i tried tanking:
he went from disrupting chop-----(5secs later) mighty blow-----he always dies by this time through the henchmen. from the guy's screenshot the battle rage skill is supposedly out and captured before it's killed.
if only i can command my henchmen to not atk and take the hits.. maybe then i would see the 3rd skill (if any) the boss is gonna learn...

is there anybody that has spent large amounts of time in Fissure or Underworld? maybe the two missing ranger skills could be located there?

I spent some time down there and did many quests there there are some high level "bosses" there that use elites but they dont have the aura which lets you cap off them.
Has anyone see a Boss down there?

One thing about battle rage I noticed that that ranger boss in both snakes dance and taules chute have the same name while the warrior bosses have different names. Could they have different skill sets?
Also its possible to sprint by yourself to the warrior boss in Tauls Chaute easily but still nothing from him

No, as was mentioned before you can have more then 1 elite equipped if you just found it with signet of capture. In this case the player would have came in with healing hands and 2 signets of capture. He/She would of used one to capture peace and Harmony from the Human looking boss and then used the second to capture battle rage. This would make him have 3 elite skills equipped.
I am not saying the screenshot is a real or fake. All I know is that I have fought the boss combined for over an hour with no success of capturing battle rage. If he does have it, Anet has done a pretty crappy job in trying to eliminate the majority grind in the game.

I've tried the Talus Chute warrior boss with the same name a few times, again with no effect.
I've never seen either of them spawn with the yellowish glow like you see in that screenshot, maybe its an effect of Battle Rage?

im starting to think that the boss go in a stance and then use a skill too so fast that in not possible to cap it
also it might be possible that they removed some skills from bosses to and give them to bosses in new area but i doubt it. Wish there was someone at arena.net who can confirm who has what skill.

Wouldn't there be a one swing delay before he could use another skill though due to the adernline being used to go into stance?

I tried to get Power Block from Lysaa's cursed around 5 times yesterdays on about 30 runs through perdition rock.... Not once did the mob cast power block...I tried using long casting time spells that wouldnt really hurt the mob, but notta thing happened...the mob just kept spamming diversion and wastrel's worry over and over.
3 questions:
1) Has anyone obtained Power Block recently, like in the past few days?
2) Does anyone know any other boss mobs that have Power Block on them?
3) Is there a certain trick to getting the mob to cast Power Block since it's an interrupt spell?

I've never seen a glow like that of any sorts, on any boss mob...

Go to ur graphics settings and find out how to turn auras on. I believe they are toggleable.

I was told to find Victory is Mine from a previous thread I posted from JonoYawpyawl (grawl hammer boss) west of Icy Caves of Sorrow. Well, I found him...
He does NOT have the skill. He clobbered me and a teammate for 10mins or so with hammer skills. He even got us all blinded *me, teammate, henchie* and STILL didn't do Victory is Mine. I get the feeling that this information is bugged. The other Grawl boss mentioned was uh, too hard to get to safely lol...
Any other ideas where to find victory is mine?

other grawl boss is easy to get to just get yourself to port sledge and enter and exit till hes the boss rigth outside of it requires some grawl killing but not impossible

Yes I did get ViM from Jono, in Spearhead Peak. Nothing special really, just spam SoC.

After wandering around from zone to zone looking for the last three warrior elites (warriors endurance, battle rage, and defy pain) it hit me. They have to be in Lornar's Pass. It's the zone no ones really spent much time in. It's also high level just like Snake Dance which has many elites. Usually if a high level group does go there they aren't hunting elites they are just trying to get through.
I went there just a few minutes ago and right near the zone line from beacons perch is an elite mob spawn location. If snake dance can have elite skills then so can lornars. So lets get cracking and see if we can hunt some skills down.

thought about this 3 weeks ago think it would be too easy for low levels to cap elites and when they nerfed pre ascension elites gave up trying there.
I do remeber seeing Warrior and ranger pinesould there dont think they used elites though
but if anyone want to try it a few level 28 pinesoul bosses do spawn in the northern section one in the top north east corner of map and one right next to the portal/res shrine if you enetr lornars from beacons perch you can sometime see a boss through the mountain side to your left if you hold down ctrl

I did read that you can't get more than one, but I looked at that guys screenie on the other page and he had 2 elite skill on his bar.

I loaded Diversion and Echo. When it was just me, my two henchMos and the boss, I Echoed then Diversioned, so got two copies of Diversion in spell bar. With those two up I proceeded to deny him access to all of his spells until he casted the one I was there for. Should work for you.

Found Defy Pain as I was busying hunting for Ward Against Harm. It's in the Frozen Forest on a Pinesoul called Obrhit Barkwood. Just spam your SoC and you should nab it.

took me about 10 tries with regular parties, and after no success... i took a party of henchmen and got it first try. best part about that is i could leave right after i got the skill no obligation to stay for the rest of the mission.
it's a stance, so no you DIDN'T see him use it. need to spam Signet of Capture to get this. unless you don't have pin down, i suggest you take 2 signet of capture... heh

I really don't know if this has been brought up already, but the skill Ether Renewal is also used by Forgotten Arcanists (at least in Dragon's Lair). It would seem easier to steal it from them then to hunt down a boss.

Orhbit has yet to use Defy Pain. My guess is that he captured Endure Pain and got confused.
If anyone has managed to get it post it. Also for everyone that failed please post that as well. This will let us know the likelihood of it being false or if it is true, the odds of getting it.

Also as soon as I get my next skill point I'm going to go head out and try to get the guy to throw up defy pain and will report back on that later if I can get it or not.
