Hes near the Guild Register in lions arch u cant miss him, he has 2 new quests both 5k exp , im doing the greatest snowman ever quest

which required me to go to
Ascalon and Drokanr and talk to various npcs
and now im in nebo terrace killing grentches and humbugs

He is not there, and 1 thing to point out... the candy cane axe says slashing damage 10-10 so its not real.

EDIT:: The character is not near the guild registrar. I am thinking now that the characters from the OP's post only appear at certain times... i wonder when they will appear again?!

The quests is only in the Korean server yet! Thats why we in Europe and American server dont got them yet

No Europe got favor now and the guy isnt there... Its just the Korean server that got the quests yet

That guy Bani, but with a warrior character and a slightly different name ('Bani *random Korean characters*) just showed awed crowds in Lions Arch International District 1, how to turn into a snowman. Really, he did, and it was a nice effect - he must have drunk some potion, because then he shrunk into the ground, and popped back up as this:

Well, here's the shinny: the copy of Guild Wars you (most likely) bought is an English copy ... therefore you can only use it natively on American and European servers. You can switch back and forth between American and European, but you can only change a total of 5 times, and then you're locked. That's why there are international districts: so you can play with friends who live in other areas of the world.

To actually reach the Korean servers, you would have to have bought a Korean copy of the game.

I'm sure you get the idea

I'm in American world.
Here's what I know:

-THIS STUFF ISN'T AVAILABLE IN AMERICAN DISTRICTS YET.

-Both quests are gotten in Lion's Arch, from a guy somewhere in the middle of LA(I've been told near the xmas tree).

-The weapon crafter is near the other crafters

-One of the quest involves a super annoying charcoal hunt, you have to talk to a large number of NPCs, I'm not sure which ones

-At this point I went to do a tomb run so I missed a large chunk of the chat

-There are also other xmas items: egg nog, snowman summon, and "winter gifts", these are collectors items

-Like the last time, the collectores take Decayed Orr Emblems

-GO FARM ORR EMBLEMS!

Dunno, looks a bit too much like Halloween to me...

well, it makes sense that the Korean servers would get the stuff first, since they're halfway across the world....

and speaking of Bani, i was in his guild once. they're rank 266 last time i checked.......pretty insane stuff there.

Yeah therse around 4-5 collectors per major city which take differnt items but give the same items.

And Yes the Quests are Kinda Long and Annoying but only because it took me forever to figure everything out, and sinice i was only looking in Lions Arch =)

The Reward for Both Quests is 5k EXP and either a Peppermint Shield or a Gingerbread shield and Gingerbread Focus.
These items are NOT Customized and CAN be sold / traded.
No I will not Sell you Mine =D

I Cant figure out the 2nd Quest Apparently im looking for "Termites in Wet Water logged areas?

The 4 Collectors Items are
Eggnog : Drowsy effect
Winter Gift : Random Item
Snowman Summoner : Summon a Snowman
Candy Cane : havent figured out a use

Also there is a new Weapon crafter who crafts Candy Cane Weapons for 5 Candy Cane Shards? But i havent figured out where to get shards at =\

Anyways theres probably alot too this update that im missing out so ill let everyone figure everything out later when it Comes to the US, i know i had a blast trying to figure the quest out.
Although now that i ithkn about it, soon lions arch will be filled with ADHD kids asking where to find the Coal
