Fixed a battle axe that was incorrectly allowing two axe grips to be attached.

Fixed Incendiary Bonds so that it deals the correct amount of damage as shown in the skill description. Previously the amount of damage shown in the skill description updated according to the player's attribute level, but the actual damage dealt did not.

okay this is the gayest crap.. i kno it needed to be nerfed.. but comeon i spent 80k on a axe grip.. 1 i previosly had and put it on the axe.. with the update.. now i dont have any enchant grips!

Anet didn't really have a choice on this one. They couldn't keep the 40% axes in the game, past or present. A lot of people wasted a lot of money this week, but that's the price of greed. Nerf bat FTW.

Lol! I am sooo rolling right now. Sold mine for 100k + sigil yesterday after Gaile posted. LMAO!! I'm sure my buyer is thrilled, lol.

my inventory held 6 "soa" axes before the update and it appears someone went in and took them and gave me something crappy to try to cover up for it, guessing i wouldnt notice!

whoever did this should be banned it is against eula,

seriuosly though, if the soa axes were destroyed why not hod swords why wasnt the +5 energy mod taken off of them instead of discontinueing them. the soa axe should have been discontinued instead of deleted, i had to sell the fakes to the merchant for 20g?

Are the HoD swords still around? Cause if they are this is BS. I spent alot of money on my upgrades for that axe.

A thread like this but longer and demanding compensation was deleted not long ago.

I think because the SoA were such an advantage and completely changed enchantments, also it was a bug not something that was originally meant to happen like the +5 energy on the sword.

I'm really sad for people that bought this axe and grips of enchants, I'm not like others laughing at them but at least I'm thinking thank god I haven't bought anything except for +28 hp grip for it so pretty much I only lost 8k or so. I feel sry for ppl who spent hundrets of k's

the HOD was a little boo-boo and the axe was a great big oopsie that had to be fixed.

i waited to mod the dozen i got just in case this happened.
