True swapping can be a pain, dont understand what u mean by the 20% though as all heros would get 20% if any weapon was customized anyways. I do...

i wanted to use them on other chars heros on same account. shame if it not possible to make just these 1's account wise and not char....

no need to uncustomize them, just apply account wide setting on them weapons if possible, not sure what there capable of.

They will only ban that account not ip's, and if its a perma ban you find it hard to get a reply, if its a temp ban you will find they wont...
