yep salvage the +30. No, it wont sell at all, its the most common unwanted bow skin. Put it in a hero or just merch it.

5K-8K or so for the storm bow, salvage the mods then merch the rest, unless you want the shadow bow on a hero

With the right conditions i dont think anythign beats sliver armor
