/notsigned. Proph/nf/factions missions were DISIGNED to half to keep em alive and eotn quests were disigned with them auto ressing.
The award system needs no change, "unlocking" s skin would be very unfair imo.
Id say salvage the +30 mod. +20V50 is very unpopular.
