Horrible skill idea IMO. Skills shouldn't have anything to do with death penalty... at 60% DP, that would be 8 energy regeneration 8 health...

I like the idea, although I usually turn the music off and play my own in the background (got too repetitive).

I'd buy it without thinking twice.
