Diessa Lowlands from Noali Acadamy. Although I use it to farm spiked eggnogs.

DoA are like 6/7 gold even without the weekend... So it's arguable if it's a smart thing to do.

I do think that he should be a lot cheaper to acquire. There's nothing special about the Razah hero that puts him above the other hero's....
