Ok, you guys are forgetting the point that +5 armor grip has no effect on the loss of 10 armor from the hammer. You're still losing 10 armor...

Non modded, I'm looking at a 14-28 dmg one that was offered 17k. I don't think thats max damage so quite a bit more for a max damage one.

They are saying that since its a LONG range weapon, you wouldn't use it close range. And close ranger is when you're going to be below...

Well to my understanding, elementalists are far more common than rangers, so wouldn't a staff be worth more than a bow of the same worth in mods?
