The format and concept of HB is fun. You can test out some builds without having to bother other people. But like anything else, it's ruined...

It's because the heroes will cancel maintained enchantments. What you have to do is disable Healer's Convenant and manually use the skill...

And the Wintersday festival is stretched out longer than the other festivals.
