Is Conflagration REALLY necessary? I don't have it and I've been farming fine (first wave all dead) in NM.

Don't have the time to farm much but when I want to buy something (within reason) i always have the money for it. So I figure I'm fine.

HM or NM? And healing breeze seems to be a little excessive...Mending seems to take care of the damage. Maybe sub it out for Whirlwind Attack? But...

Really? When I do a run they're practically dead by the time Flame Djinn's is refresed. It's just the final bit of damage to finish them.

I believe that any achievements after the release of the HoM can be added to it. Most likely they just add a flag to your character.
