oooh wait what about...if a player isnt actively moving in a match of any kind (moving attack healing casting) they wont receive any faction...
i think maybe not banning them from first or second offenses since yes....real life sometimes may get in the way and unexpected things happen. But...

its really only worth buying a tome in a couple conditions... 1: the sell price is reasonable..... you can buy any normal skill for 1k after...
well as i said ide rather see lots of unused skills become several new cookie cutter single/team builds thus actually eliminating cookie cutters...
i believe leeching to be the biggest annoyance in GW...even more so than the trade spamming and gimmicks in HA. I want to go to AB or to fort...
well the only problem is, its a damned situation one way or the other. by buffing the counter to a skill you now have this metagame or cookie...
