I keep hearing people say no one is using it anymore, did it get nerfed somehow? I only pve, have used it on occasion, and am just curious..

You can still farm, but just stay away from melee mobs. The ones that run are melee mobs in groups of over 3. Ranged ones are fine and don't...

what enemies are you trying to fight? I've not had a problem...I usually take healing breeze instead of mantra of resolve and that + mending...
