You mist have 2 separate accounts to do what you are talking about.

You can use a third party program to run to separate accounts on one computer - you CANNOT run one account on two computers (at the same time)...

I just tried out Matty's Guild Wars Multi-Loader and it works great. Used it for about 1.5 hrs without a hitch... very seamless and my lass...

can you get a SP3 disc (or make one yourself) and try to install that over the current edition of SP3? It sounds like SP3 corrupted the registry...
