There are very few blue weapons that are worth anything other than hero food...this falls in that category I'm afraid.

40-50k on the Zodiac Hammer imo (more if it was anything but hammer :s) I'd merch the Exalted due to high req or give to a hero cheers

people advertise to buy any req Frog Scepters every day in Kamadan - high req, but you should still be able to ask and even get 50k-60k for it......
