what's your anti virus? By all means add the gw.exe to the exceptions list - it's very possible that your AV program is trying to limit...
^ only real difference is the HX version is SIlver Certified and costs allot more - I'd get the TX - it is the same in every other aspect....
do you have AA (Anti Aliasing) enabled in your graphics settings? That will give you a huge hit in FPS with that video card - also is VSync...
