Why would you need lots of money anyway? Collectors items for weapons and a few plat for armor is all you need.
You never ever get 300 energy. As far as health, I think you get 20hp per level until you get to level 20.
I just finished clearing it. Didn't die once going up snake dance (although a few henchies did), but inside Dred's was a different story....
Go north of Rankor into Snake Dance for 30 minutes with henchies and I'm sure you'll get at least 10.
I have the MX700 and it doesn't work with my extra buttons.
