Im all for this, but I find alot of guilds to fight gimme a minute we're in a battle... Maybe have missions specifically to enhance teamwork...

I miss pre searing.... One question, did anyone notice the mountains at pre-searing, what happened to them, in post they're gone, and I doubt...
