This has happened loads of times to various people, sadly it looks like you will just have to deal with it.

This idea has been done to death, sadly it ain't going to happen.

I think that wisdom+treasure hunter should be account based, but as for the rest of the 'grind' titles, then noo.

I'm pretty sure that max req7 inscribables do not exist. However req 8's certainly do.
