Bumpity Bump
1/2 cast and 2 second recharge would make it nice for somewhat of a spike... read the wind favorable winds dual shot forked shot savage shot...
This build now works EXTREMELY well in normal mode. The enemies take just about 4 seconds of AoE before fleeing. DF keeps em in for AT LEAST one...
