Are you doing it solo? that helps a lot when trying to get a green, just kill everything around her and then flag the hero's/henchies away...
HM is the way to go, its easy to do just with henchies and hero's, make sure to bring an MM, that helps a lot, as all the snowmen leave bodies.
If you dont want/like to play a monk, elementalists are usually wanted too.
An Azure Recurve Bow has a cool skin imo, not sure how rare it is though.
If you can go to the temple of balthazar, there are a couple guys on the first platform there that you can use to change.
