Happens all the time. It's just the servers, as DarkNecrid said. No bug, just goofy server lag.

You can buy other titles like guardian and protector, technically. You can pay people to do the missions for you. Simple, eh?

You can buy vanq's and mission runs if you want to do that. Sweet Tooth, Party Animal, even buying un-ID'd golds is doable.

More armors and titles. Basically that's what you can buy with your cash.

I have run into this. Bugs the crap out of me as well. Only solution I've found is to be very careful when running. I'll do a little more...
