eremites isnt that good...used mainly just to get off as many attacks as possible ( 3/4 activation time)

25 energy for 100+ health and condition immunity for nearly a minute........please dont cry over this, 25 energy is well worth it.

but thats what makes shouts and chants unique...they cant be removed..if you make them removable the paragon loses all of its appeal (if it had any)
