For PvP get most of the non elites unlocked first. then give it a shot many things wrk in pvp. In PVE you can just go classic mobious strike death...

....wow that build takes the cake on fail if you weren't so low a lvl I would kill you.
In PvP I run a sup of whatever ele I am using and minor of e storage. But in PVE I run 2 sups. Kinda oldschool but it works just fine for me.
