why do you have to use the same type of bows for a ranger spike group? ex: long bows, short bow, horn, etc

wheres the pond that gives 3 pips of hp regeneration?

i got into a debate with my friend over where healing ponds were.. im talking about the ponds where you stand on them and it gives you health...
