I am not very good with staff upgrades, but I think 70K,30K,20K could be alright.

Wands with energy+5 arent "always"...its en+5 when h>50% | h<50% | when enchanted | when hexed... I had a +5 when enchanted but sold...

Horn Bows have inherent armor penetration...and look cool. So, they are selling at a fair price now. For this I guess 50-70K.

Could be worth about 5K.

Both could be around ~20K each...The staff could have been more if there had been as many hydromancers are pyro/aero...but unfortunately hydros...
