Yeah, I guess 30-35eish would be right. The skin is quite demanded, but that 1% off and the "while hexed" mod hurts badly.

Merch food imo, warriors usualy don't look for low req shields. If you want to sell try @5kish orso, but could take a while.

Yes, +12 is the max, but max items with req 9 or higher are not rare at all, unless the skin is uncommon. Merch or hero it imo. If you wanna sell...
