What's interesting though is that it does increase damage from the Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support, at r10 Vanguard and r10 Asura I believe...

I just did Slavers and got quite a few party drops. o_O

I think I may have gotten it, but I wasn't quite correct the last two times so who knows?

It applies to each piece of armor. Armor pieces don't stack, they are each calculated separately, and you have a certain percentage to be hit...
