It is not 100% chance even with Expert Salvage kit I believe. It has happened to me numerous times.
This so explains the problems with the GW community in that other thread.
Weezer sounds jealous, when the matter at hand pasted and did no harm.
So it's basically not good enough to contend with barrage or perhaps even punishing shot(?) yet is theoritically too good to not stay...
