Hes saying shift+1 = hero skill 1 not shift = hero skill 1 & 1 = hero skill 1. Gives more possible combinations. And afaik its not possible

ER Monks are the most overpowered heal build out there... they can heal and prot probably better then a team of 8 monks could due to the insane...
