Theyll only maintain them when its relevant, eg life bonding a target taking damage but dropping it when they stop.
Still slightly slower then the old HFFF, but could be worth it.
Im pretty sure that once you have -10 energy regen you cant bond anymore. So thats 14 max on monk/ele/etc. But for example if a necro bips and brs...
