Yep, 3. I've completed the first mission you get as a new factions toon and because I had done all the secondary quests I was a level 12 Ass....
Talking of Signet of Midnight I've had loads of fun with it and plague touch. Add in the mesmer skill that stops them from gaining adrenaline...
